Return Policy

Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the dress or clothing has been made to the size or custom measurements that you order. Try on your dress or clothing as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress.


Return Policy

-If you want to return the item, please contact our Customer Service (service@cozyladywear.com) and requesting return within 7 days from the delivery date.
-Items must be unused, undamaged and ensure that all articles in the package are intact. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees
and no refund will be issued.
-The Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.


Items that cannot be returned or exchanged:

1. Custom made dresses and accessories are not eligible for returning or exchanging

2. Items are used, damaged or labels / tags are removed


Return Note:

Please leave a paper note in your package with your order number and reason for return. You can also contact us before you return and we might be able to work out better solution for the problem. You can contact us at service@cozyladywear.com

 

Refund:

We issue refund in 1-2 business days after we receive returned items.
