I purchased this dress for my high school ball. The customer service was absolutely wonderful, they replied to all my emails very promptly and were polite and helpful. I can't remember how long the dress took to arrive, but I remember it being not too long. Maybe around 2 to 3 weeks (I got custom measurements so it took a little longer than usual). They asked if I wanted to add 2cm to all the measurements but I said no as I had already added 2cm to the measurements I supplied to them. When the dress arrived, it was far too large so I had to get a family friend to alter it. I think it was just a miscommunication and they probably added 2cm anyway. The dress overall was great. The quality was very good for the price and it looked just like the picture. I'm overall very satisfied with it!

There is 3-5 days processing period before shipping out the items. If you order custom made clothing, there is 10 days to make the clothes

So the delivery date = processing period + shipping time
