It did take the full amount of time as stated for tailoring and shipping but was here in time for Prom and needed no alteration what so ever. It was stunning on her and the quality was exceptional. The only thing that bothers us is that the strap closure at back, so you'll need help to dress up. I must say cozy lady wear service is very excellent. There is 3-5 days processing period before shipping out the items. If you order custom made clothing, there is 10 days to make the clothes

So the delivery date = processing period + shipping time

After your order is shipped, we'll send an email of the tracking number and website where you can check where your parcel has been
