Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the dress or clothing has been made to the size or custom measurements that you order. Try on your dress or clothing as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress.
If you are returning or exchanging dresses, clothing, or accessories, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached.
You may return your item by contacting Customer Service and requesting return within 7 days of receiving your order.
We accept return and will issue FULL refund under following circumstances:
1. Item not as described
2. Item is not the size you ordered
3. Item is defective
We accept return and DEDUCT 35% of the original payment from refund under following circumstances:
1. Item does not fit while size is correct
2. You simply don’t like the item

Custom made items, dyed items.
